Requirements

Experience operating pressure washing equipment required.
Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Perform all assigned tasks including checking and stocking company vehicles, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools.
Visit clients to understand their pressure washing needs.
Use pressure washers and pertinent machinery to clean various surfaces such as homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencing.
Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other organic growth from surfaces.
Use degreasers or removal chemicals as recommended by labels when requested.
Inspect surfaces to ensure cleaning chemicals and ratios do not damage finishes.
Spot-check areas to ensure surfaces are cleaned to company standards.
Review completed jobs with clients.
Clear job sites and correctly store all hoses and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
Supervise cleaning associates to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure assigned residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Assist in training powerwashing cleaning associates on company policy, procedures, and expectations.
Set an example for associates in dress and behavior, ensuring adherence to grooming and conduct standards.
Evaluate employee performance, provide on-the-job training and coaching, and initiate disciplinary action when appropriate.
Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.
Drive to accounts as part of the working cleaning position.
Monitor time and set priorities to ensure properties are cleaned within the given timeframe.
Enter time logs and payments on daily route applications.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
