About The Position

Under general supervision, this role involves performing power washing, general maintenance, and repair of building structures for Humble Independent School District.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge using computers or iPads.
• One year experience in general building maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• May be required to successfully complete job ability testing.
