This role may involve teaching or substituting for a cohort, overseeing assessment administration, and guiding teachers in using assessment data for personalized instruction and effective student grouping. Instructional Coaches also collaborate with program leadership on teacher training and act as on-site leaders. Training is scheduled to begin in Spring 2026 and will include program-specific and individualized sessions.
