About The Position

Fabick Cat is seeking a Power Rents Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the Power Systems Rents Sales Team. The position requires proactive customer engagement, market analysis, and processing sales orders. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, collaborate with the Marketing Team, and stay knowledgeable about power rental equipment and technologies.

Requirements

1 year industry related experience preferred
1 year retail sales or other sales experience preferred
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong PC knowledge with MS Office experience
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their goals and challenges.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, etc.
Support Power Systems Rents Sales Team with project quoting and document compilation.
Support customers by providing information, literature, etc.
Contact prospective customers to determine rental needs.
Perform market analysis to determine competitive landscape and growth opportunities.
Process sales orders and work with Sales Admin/Project Management to close out projects.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity progress within CRM system.
Work with Marketing Team to support customer events, strategic marketing plans, metrics reporting and account planning.
Maintain knowledge on Power Rental Equipment and technologies.
