Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required
4+ years of experience developing business applications and analytics solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
2+ years experience with Power Apps, Power Platform components, and Power Automate workflow development.
1+ years experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
1+ years experience with Python skills and experience working with data integration, automation, troubleshooting, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate workflows, to support strategic analytics and decision-making initiatives.
Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, user-focused applications, reports, and automation solutions.
Integrate, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications, dashboards, and automated processes within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Teams.
Support full solution lifecycles, including testing, deployment, documentation, user training, and production sustainment activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams in an agile, iterative delivery environment to continuously improve analytics capabilities and user experience.
