About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support the implementation, optimisation, and transformation of Power Platform initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of the solution and relevant experience. The successful candidate will be joining our team in India. This could be a remote role too anywhere in India.

Requirements

• 3 years hands-on development on Power Platform, especially: D365 and/or Model-driven apps (forms, views, business rules, commands/navigation)
• Dataverse (tables, relationships, columns, choices, security roles)
• Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, error handling, retries, trigger conditions)
• Experience designing data model in Dataverse and implementing role-based access (security roles/teams)
• Ability to integrate with common enterprise sources/services (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, APIs via connectors)
• Comfortable with solution-based development and deployment across environments (basic ALM concepts)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (flow failures, permission issues, performance/user experience improvements)
• Able to translate business requirements into scalable app/flow designs and support UAT + go-live

Nice To Haves

• Interest or exposure to low-code AI solutions such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or generative AI use cases.
• Experience with Excel macros / VBA
