About The Position

As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, in support of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. You will design and integrate applications with external data sources, perform complex data analysis, and deliver high‑quality dashboards and reports in support of key client functions. This role spans the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical documentation through system testing, user acceptance support, and training. You will work closely with cybersecurity subject matter experts and client leadership to ensure solutions align with client standards, security requirements, and strategic objectives. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing applications using Canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online to automate workflows and business processes
  • Experience integrating apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs, and creating analytics using Power Query and DAX in Power BI
  • Experience with SharePoint Online architecture and modern sites
  • Experience with Dataflow for data ingestion and transformation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
  • Ability to integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Forms, Graph API, and Azure
  • Ability to design and implement Power BI dashboards, and manage deployments using Power Platform environments
  • Public Trust determination is required.
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience working with general web technologies, including SPFX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL
  • 3+ years of experience with tools such as Jira or Visual Studio, and SQL Server databases
  • Experience with PowerApps integration using Azure Services and REST services
  • Experience with cybersecurity practices
  • Experience with GRC process optimization or automation
  • Experience using Jira to monitor and update development work
