Requirements
- Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.
- 5+ years software development experience
- Strong Power Platform: Model Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI; integration with Dataverse and workflow automation
- Proficient in Python, Snowflake, ETL and DAX
- Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML/CSS and REST APIs
- Skilled at connecting and modeling data from sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and third-party services
- Experienced in embedding interactive visualizations and BI features using Power BI
Responsibilities
- Design applications tailored to specific business needs using Power Platform. These applications can range from simple data entry forms to complex enterprise-level solutions that integrate with external databases.
- Utilize Power Automate to streamline workflows, eliminate manual intervention, and improve efficiency. This can include automating approval processes, notifications, and document management.
- Integrate data from various sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide data-driven insights that support effective decision-making.
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure applications remain efficient and effective.
