Act as primary point of contact for ISO operational activities, with a focus on settlement validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Validate submitted schedules and confirmed volumes, ensuring consistency with executed trades. Provide weekend coverage as needed for scheduling-related activities to support business and operational requirements. Perform daily, weekly, and ad hoc reconciliation of ISO settlements, including validation of volumes (forecast vs actual vs scheduled), prices (RT/DAM components, imbalance charges), and settlement charges and adjustments. Ensure alignment between ISO data and ETRM: Update actual quantities, reconcile positions and settlement outputs. Support daily/weekly ISO settlement cycles and payment readiness. Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies and resettlements in coordination with ISO, counterparties, and internal teams. Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls across settlement and reconciliation processes. Support gradual improvement of processes, tools, and automation initiatives (ETRM / Bid-to-Bill / ISO integration). Over time, the role is expected to evolve alongside business expansion, with potential exposure to broader power operations and scheduling activities.
