About The Position

As a Senior Aero Sales Operations Manager, you will act as the operational backbone for the Aero New Units commercial teams. You will work cross-functionally to support delivery on commercial opportunities and demand management. In this role, you will own the day-to-day mechanics of the supply and demand planning and opportunity management, serving as the primary bridge between the Commercial teams and the ITR functions/manufacturing. By ensuring data rigor and implementing streamlined, lean-based processes, you will provide the business with the timely, accurate information required for effective portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience of Strategic Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Commercial Finance roles, in the power industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Aero demand planning serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and ITR teams.
  • Assist in the collection, validation, and analytics and communication of global sales data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate inputs for monthly operating reviews.
  • Partner with commercial teams to audit sales and order pipelines.
  • Proactively identify data inconsistencies and resolve gaps that impact pipeline analytics.
  • Contribute to periodic leadership reviews and communication packages.
  • Apply Lean thinking to identify legacy processes and process gaps and assist in the implementation of simplified solutions for Sales Operations.
  • Provide analytical support for leadership, including scenario planning and data deep-dives to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance data analytics, automate reporting, and streamline communication.
  • Develop and document standard work procedures to ensure consistent, reliable, and easily understood business reporting.
