The Power Delivery Engineer (PDE) performs advanced power system analyses, maintains and submits accurate SPP and ERCOT models, and ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for developing and validating system models, supporting planning activities, coordinating regulatory filings, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. It requires strong initiative and independent judgment, with minimal supervision, and full ownership of technical accuracy, timelines, and compliance obligations. This role directly impacts Golden Spread Members by ensuring reliable system modeling, accurate data, and compliance with ERCOT and SPP requirements. It supports effective system planning, protects billing and operational integrity, and helps Members successfully operate within regional markets while meeting reliability standards. While this role is an individual contributor, the PDE is responsible for cross training, taking initiative, finding solutions, and escalating when needed. This role is also responsible for exhibiting GSEC’s and our Member’s cooperative culture.
