About The Position
Semi-skilled electrical work in dispatching of power to plant and drainage operations by performing load balancing and switching of power sources either manually or remotely. Work requires shift assignments including nights, weekends and holidays; and related work as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of utility experience with power distribution
- Possession of Valid Driver’s License
- Must provide original documents of qualifying credentials to the hiring agency prior to their start date
- Minimum age of 18 years for any class of work requiring hard physical labor, operation of or proximity to hazardous machinery, exposure to hazardous chemicals, or participation in any other processes or procedures which are prohibited or limited by the Louisiana State Child Labor Law.
