About The Position

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. The primary function of this employee will be to conceptualize, design, develop and support interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. This will require cross department collaboration to take inputs from subject matter experts and customers. Working cross-functionally with various audiences to understand the needs of the projects, this role will ‘quarterback’ the process from start to finish. Once executed, there will be maintenance, upgrades, trainings and demos for the dashboards. This will require clear communication and strong presentation skills.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years’ experience in BI development.
High level Power BI proficiency or comparable Data Visualization software proficiency required.
SQL knowledge required (Postgres, Snowflake).
Strong collaboration and presentation skills required.
Strong organizational skills are required.
Self-directed, highly organized and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills to be able to influence others with the story of what you’re seeing in the data.

Nice To Haves

Analytics certifications are a plus, particularly specific to Power BI.
Preferred knowledge of AI tools (Claude and Copilot).
Visual design skills or artistic acumen preferred.
Worker's Compensation or Auto Liability Insurance experience is a plus.
