About The Position

Dedicated contractor support to develop and maintain a Power BI dashboard and associated commercial reporting tools for the N00039-18-R-0059-0005 Global Installation Contract (GIC). This support is critical to establishing automated, real-time tracking of schedule, cost, and performance.

Requirements

Three years experience required.
High school
Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Identify, map, and integrate existing GIC data sources (e.g., financial systems, schedule databases, CDRLs, CPARS) into a centralized, secure data model compatible with Power BI.
Establish automated data pipelines to reduce or eliminate manual data entry requirements.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract cost, schedule, and performance.
Implement role-based access controls and customized views tailored to different levels of government leadership and program management.
Ensure the dashboard provides drill-down capabilities for granular analysis of specific contract line items or task orders.
Conduct rigorous testing of data pipelines and dashboard visualizations to ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with government stakeholders to refine the interface and reporting metrics.
Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation detailing the data architecture, update processes, and dashboard maintenance.
Provide training sessions for government personnel on how to navigate, utilize, and perform basic troubleshooting on the dashboard.
