About The Position

We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to support digital transformation and business process modernization initiatives for a federal customer. The successful candidate will develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Must have an active and transferable Public Trust with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development
• Experience with: Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL or Dataverse
• Experience integrating APIs and external data sources
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Must have an active and transferable Public Trust with current investigation at the required level.
• Must be able to maintain the required clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting federal government or NASA environments
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SAP systems
• Experience with Azure services
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills
• Experience modernizing business workflows and data processes

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, SAP, and other enterprise systems
• Support modernization of manual and legacy business processes
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and workflows
• Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, testing, and deployment
