Requirements

• 6+ months of powder painting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and attention to detail.
• Strong depth perception and ability to spot defects.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The position requires the ability to team-lift, load and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder paint per customer specifications.
• Perform color changes and clean equipment.
• Inspect products for defects and report issues.
• Operate paint-related equipment and maintain clean work areas.
• Rotate stations and support other production roles as needed.
• Monitor supply levels and wear required PPE.
