Powder Packaging Operator

This full-time (40 hours/week), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) position offers a competitive starting pay of $26.15 per hour with an additional 7% night differential. There are opportunities for advancement and rate increases every six months for the first two years. This entry-level role involves working in a team of two to operate machinery for packaging whey powder in bulk bags and palletizing them, ensuring quality specifications are met and records are accurately maintained.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery necessary to package whey powder in bulk bags
- Palletize bulk bags of whey powder
- Meet and exceed quality specifications
- Ensure accurate records are completed and maintained
- Drive a sit-down forklift to put pallets of whey powder in racking systems
