Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working in hot, loud manufacturing conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Measure, blend, and load plastic resin materials for production
- Operate mixers, grinders, dryers, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate material tracking and inventory records
- Inspect materials for quality and consistency
- Support production teams to keep operations running efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
