About The Position

Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a new team member to prepare the surface of production components for finishing. This is a full-time position with a 1st shift schedule of Tuesday - Thursday from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, and includes an 11.2% shift differential pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads parts from the overhead conveyor production line
• Inspects parts for defects
• Operates automatic finishing booth to predetermined settings/ recipes
• Adjusts automatic finishing booth base to meet criteria
• Loads powder into powder kitchen
• Records information such as quantities, work times, dates, and other job information on daily time records and routing sheets
• Other duties as assigned
