POWDER COATING TECHNICIAN 2nd SHIFT
About The Position
Midlake Products is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join their metal fabrication operation as a Powder Coating Technician. This role offers a better work-life balance with a Monday-Thursday schedule and Fridays off. The technician will be responsible for applying powder coating to metal parts, ensuring proper coverage, finish quality, and color consistency. Responsibilities also include preparing parts for coating, inspecting finished products, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and environmental procedures. This is a stable, full-time position in a growing company, offering hands-on work with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.

- Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience in powder coating, painting, or manufacturing preferred (we will train the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment
- Load and unload components on the powder coating line
- Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and color consistency
- Prepare parts for coating, including masking and handling materials
- Inspect finished parts to meet quality and appearance standards
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
