About The Position

Join Life Fitness/Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN as a Powder Coating Operator on our 1st Shift. You'll prepare, coat, and inspect parts to help deliver the quality our customers expect. This role offers a four-day workweek (Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM) with overtime opportunities available and eligibility for our Production Bonus Plan.

Requirements

• Ability to use power tools
• Strong eye for detail
• Commitment to working safely
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production documentation in English

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a production environment

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to prepare parts for powder coating
• Perform masking, loading, unloading, buffing, and weld-spatter removal
• Inspect painted parts for quality
• Perform other duties as assigned
