About The Position

This role involves preparing and hanging steel parts for production on a conveyor rack, running powder coating sprayers and equipment, and assisting in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base. Mandatory overtime may be required when business conditions necessitate it, and adherence to the attendance policy is expected. All other duties as required will also be part of the responsibilities.

Attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly
Good dexterity to operate hand tools and paint sprayers
Normal vision with or without corrective lenses
Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to various conditions, including loud noise and hot temperatures
Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude
Can make the daily commute to Chanhassen, MN and maintain good attendance
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of necessary training requirements provided by SRC
