Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in powder coating or related painting processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of product specifications and quality assurance principles.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and quality control tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and sterilization procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• The Powder Coater utilizes painting and powder coating skills daily to apply coatings that meet precise product specifications, ensuring both functional and aesthetic quality.
• Quality assurance and control skills are essential for conducting visual inspections and identifying any defects or inconsistencies in the coating process.
• Sterilization knowledge is applied to maintain cleanliness and product integrity, especially in environments requiring strict hygiene standards.
• The role demands proficiency in interpreting product specifications to adjust coating techniques accordingly and maintain compliance.
