About The Position

Production Team Member – Powder Coat Operator If you're looking for a hands-on job and want to learn a new trade, we'd love to hear from you. At Badass Workbench, we build the toughest, heaviest, and most overbuilt workbenches and welding tables in America—and we don't stop there. Through The Big Rack Shack, we supply pallet racking, shelving, and material-handling systems that help shops transform chaos into organized, efficient workspaces. Together, we're building smarter, stronger, and more capable workplaces across the country. We're a family-owned company powered by grit, integrity, accountability, and entrepreneurial drive. Around here, everyone wears a few hats, takes ownership of their work, and contributes to building the next level of our business. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our team as a Powder Coat Operator. No powder coating experience? That's okay. We're willing to train the right person. If you're willing to learn, take pride in your work, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd like to talk with you.
