About The Position

Available Shift: 2nd Shift: Employees work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40-hour workweek. 15% shift differential for 2nd shift.
Requirements
- 1+ years exp in powder coat painting is essential.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality are a must.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive outlook.
- Comfortable lifting up to 60 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Parts: Handle various-sized parts with care and precision.
- Masking and Plugging: Prepare parts by masking areas that need protection.
- Powder Coating: Apply powder coatings to parts, ensuring coverage and quality.
- Inspect and Package: Check finished parts for defects and prepare them for safe shipment.
- Labeling and Identification: Properly tag and identify parts to maintain organization.
