Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing or production experience
Previous powder coat or paint line experience

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading products on the powder coat line
Applying powder coat finishes according to specifications and work instructions
Packaging products for shipment and ensuring quality standards are met
Assembling packaging materials and finished products
Supporting production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
Working closely with teammates in a collaborative environment
Learning additional production processes through cross-training opportunities
Participating in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
