Poultry Processing Workers are responsible for complying with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and plant-specific rules. This role involves inspecting product for defects, working at a safe and efficient pace, understanding product specifications, and safely using equipment such as knives and scissors. Workers must also adhere to food safety, HACCAP, and OSHA regulations, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Overtime availability is required to meet production needs.
