Potwasher - Food Service
About The Position
This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, sheet trays, and large kitchen utensils used in hospital cafeteria operations. Duties include hand washing and scrubbing equipment, drying and properly storing cleaned items and assisting with trash removal. We have positions available for both AM and PM shifts. AM shift hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. PM shift hours are from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Performs patient/ customer food service functions involving, food purchasing, storage, and preparation. Requirements
- Within 30 days of hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.
- Or Within 30 days of hire: National ServSafe Food Handler Certificate - National Restaurant Association.
- Or Within 30 days of hire: National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association.
