The candidate will study the structure of atmospheric surface layer turbulence, comparing high-resolution observations to numerical models with the aim of evaluating and improving our ability to simulate said turbulent flows. The successful candidate will have experience in the study of atmospheric turbulence and the ability to engage in analysis of observations and simulations of atmospheric turbulence. This is a term position; length of the term will be discussed during the interview process. Continuation past the term length discussed will be based on university need, performance, and/or availability of funding.
