About The Position

This is a postdoctoral position working on a project entitled, “AI-Powered Multi-Agent System (MAS) for Real-Time QoS Anomaly Detection and Adaptive Network Optimization in 6G-Enabled Industrial IoT Environments.” The Postdoctoral Researcher will conduct original research under the supervision of the PIs on the design of multi-agent systems for distributed QoS management in 6G-enabled IIoT. He/she will be part of the research group that will develop, implement, and evaluate deep learning and reinforcement learning models for real-time anomaly detection and adaptive optimization; integrate blockchain and trust mechanisms into MAS frameworks for secure, resilient IIoT communications; utilize and expand Firecell 5G/6G standalone testbed experiments to validate MAS performance (latency, throughput, reliability); and publish findings in top-tier journals and conferences (IEEE INFOCOM, Globecom, ICC, JSAC, TMC, etc.). The Postdoctoral Researcher will also help mentor graduate and undergraduate researchers working on wireless communications, machine learning, and IoT; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team spanning AI, wireless systems, cybersecurity, and industrial automation; and contribute to project reporting, NSF deliverables, and broader impacts outreach. This position is funded by a grant or restricted funds. Continued employment is contingent on the renewal of grant or restricted funding.
