About The Position

McGill University is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct research on the chemical synthesis of oligonucleotides and their analogues. This role involves conference presentations, manuscript writing, learning new chemical methods such as mechanochemistry, and gaining exposure to nucleic acid therapeutics. The researcher will also provide advice to graduate students, participate in group and lab organization meetings, and attend safety lectures. Requirements

  • PhD in Chemistry
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located
  • English communication skills, both verbally and in writing

  • Research on chemical synthesis of oligonucleotides and their analogues
