A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is immediately available for candidates with demonstrated expertise in one of the following areas: 1) T lymphocyte biology (differentiation, homeostasis, homing, etc.); and 2) macrophage biology. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with relevant publications in the area. The interests of the lab are in understanding how genetic and environmental factors interactions shape mucosal immunity and metabolism. Our approach includes state-of-the-art multi-omics, novel organoid culture, genetically engineered murine models, and human samples. The lab has successfully competed for various funding. The appointment is viewed as a training or transitional period preparatory to an academic, industrial, governmental, or other full-time research or teaching career.
