Postdoctoral Research Associate of Physics and Astronomy - Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics
About The Position
The Center for Quantum Research and Technology (CQRT) at the University of Oklahoma is seeking two Postdoctoral Associates in Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics. The first position, under Prof. Bruno Uchoa, will focus on topological matter, electronic interactions, quantum simulation, quantum information, many-body quantum entanglement, and out-of-equilibrium physics. This role is supported by the Dodge Family Postdoctoral Research Fellows Fund. The second position, within Prof. Tsung-Cheng Lu's research group, will also involve research in these areas. CQRT is located in the advanced experimental research facility, Lin Hall, and its researchers come from the departments of Physics and Astronomy, Electrical Engineering, and Chemistry.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physics or related field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Center theorists on topics related to topological matter, electronic interactions, quantum simulation, quantum information, many-body quantum entanglement and out-of-equilibrium physics.
