About The Position

Prosper Health is seeking Postdoctoral Psychology Fellows (Ph.D/Psy.D) to conduct autism assessments for adults via telehealth. This role is crucial in delivering specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance, and aims to improve outcomes for this systematically overlooked population. The fellowship is designed for psychologists who have completed their doctoral degree and are actively accruing supervised hours toward independent licensure in PA. Prosper Health is experiencing significant growth and is building a unique service for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) from 2025 or 2026
  • Identity-affirming approach to patient care
  • Strong clinical judgment and clinical interview skills
  • Tech competence and self-direction
  • Desire to support an underserved population of autistic adults
  • Actively accruing supervised hours toward independent licensure in PA

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive autism assessments for adults via telehealth
  • Deliver actionable feedback to clients following evaluations and develop personalized post-assessment plans
  • Write clear, thorough clinical reports that document findings and recommendations
  • Participate in case consultations and collaborative learning opportunities designed to strengthen diagnostic skills and clinical judgment
