About The Position

The Postdoctoral Fellow will be involved in studying myeloid malignancies using human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). This role requires performing experiments, analyzing and presenting data, and assisting with the preparation of manuscripts and grant applications.

Requirements

  • PhD or MD, PhD
  • Experience in molecular biology
  • Experience in cell culture
  • Experience in mouse transplantation
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Experience in presentation and manuscript and grant writing

Responsibilities

  • Perform experiments, including the generation, culture, hematopoietic differentiation and genetic modification of human pluripotent stem cells.
  • Conduct molecular analyses.
  • Perform xenograft experiments in mice.
  • Analyze and present data in lab meetings, institutional work-in-progress seminars and national and international conferences.
  • Assist with preparation of manuscripts and grant applications.
