About The Position

Lead a security team, support daily operations, and ensure a safe environment for everyone onsite. If you thrive in leadership and enjoy coaching others, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Possess a valid state-issued Security Guard guard card.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred) and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have a working smartphone for scheduling, communication, and reporting purposes.
• Experience leading a team including; Recruiting, Interviewing, On Boarding, Scheduling, Teaching, Accountability, CCTV, Basic computer skills including; Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams.

Nice To Haves

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Customer service experience in high-visibility or client-facing roles.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security staff
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed
• Implement and enforce security procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
• Communicate with operations management
• Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out
• Assist with payroll and personnel management
