About The Position

Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand. This role involves pulling parts, operating equipment to cut parts, communicating with various departments, completing documentation, and maintaining production and quality standards while adhering to safety rules.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to use and understand a tape measure.
• Must be saw certified to operate saw equipment.
• Must be able to identify the different wood species.
• Must have good team work/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull necessary parts from bins and load on carts per move ticket specifications.
• Operate necessary equipment to cut parts as needed.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Active member of the natural work team.
• Other duties as assigned.
