About The Position

Carmen Schools seeks knowledgeable and enthusiastic candidates for a Post-Secondary Success Coordinator. The Post-Secondary Success Coordinator works directly with high school students as they complete their senior year and transition to the post-secondary planning while also implementing an alumni support program that focuses on assisting and ensuring Carmen graduates successfully matriculate to and graduate from college. The majority of the direct work with high school students would focus on upperclassmen through grade-level seminar, a regular class that alternates between a post-secondary planning workshop and study hall.
