This role involves assisting in event planning, delivery, and directing teams and vendors to ensure event agendas are met and to handle last-minute adjustments. Responsibilities include coordinating on-site meetings and events, managing space booking, detailing event agendas, communicating with vendors, handling food and beverage, set-ups, staffing, safety planning, and post-event reporting. The student will also contribute to fundraising efforts for programs aimed at reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and addictions.
