Requirements

• Has a bachelor's degree in media production, Film, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Has experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and tools such as After Effects, CapCut, Opus Clip, and AutoCut
• Understands color grading, audio balancing, and sound design principles
• Has experience creating or editing short-form content for social media platforms
• Is detail-oriented and committed to producing clean, polished edits
• Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal
• Works well cross-functionally and enjoys collaborating with marketing and creative teams
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple editing tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
• Work with raw footage, graphics, and audio to produce polished, engaging videos aligned with brand guidelines
• Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Opus Clip, and AutoCut to efficiently edit and optimize content.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
• Perform color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and professional quality
• Apply sound design techniques, including audio cleanup, music integration, and sound balancing
• Assist in transforming long-form content into short-form clips optimized for platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and YouTubeShorts
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure videos align with campaign goals and messaging
• Maintain organized project files, assets, and version control to support efficient content production
• Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats to improve content performance
