Previous cannabis or production experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily processing operations while actively participating in production activities.
Support team performance, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production goals are met.
Lead and support daily processing activities.
Train and mentor new team members.
Coordinate workflow and task assignments.
Oversee trimming, bucking, sorting, inspections, and curing activities.
Monitor product quality and report concerns.
Assist with inventory tracking and documentation.
Support scheduling and production planning efforts.
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas.
Assist with the development and improvement of standard operating procedures.
Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns.
