Requirements

• 1–2 years of accounting, billing, or related experience
• 1–2 years experience in logistics accounting or aviation operations finance
• Strong financial reconciliation and documentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple invoice cycles simultaneously
• Professional communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial tracking tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience with invoice tracking systems and reconciliation workflows

Responsibilities

• Consolidating and tracking flight-related invoices
• Verifying and reconciling billing information between customers and subcontractors
• Ensuring billed services align with operational performance and contractual terms
• Supporting accurate and timely customer billing processes
• Maintaining organized records, reports, and financial documentation
• Communicating with Operations, Finance, subcontractors, and customer representatives to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance
