About The Position

Responsible for organizing and delivering full service retail postal services (courier items, postal boxes, money transfers, call-in parcels) to Shoppers Drug Mart customers, maximizing department revenue and customer satisfaction. Canada Post experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Leads by example and ensures that Post Office staff demonstrate our CORE Values
  • Interviews and recommends final candidates for hiring
  • Ensures Post Office cashiers complies with all Store Standards
  • Trains employees in job functions and provides on-going coaching and instructions
  • Assists with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM
  • Ensures exceptional customer service is provided beyond expectation
  • Ensures employees present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy
  • Ensures all loss prevention systems and procedures are performed according to Standards
  • Ensures procedures regarding parcel checks are adhered to
