About The Position

The ImageFIRST Post-Graduate Internship Program is an 8–12 week rotational experience designed for recent college graduates interested in building a career in operations, leadership, service, maintenance, and healthcare logistics. Participants will gain hands-on exposure across multiple departments, receive direct access to senior leaders, undergo operational training, and tackle real-world business challenges. The program includes a capstone project tied to business operations, with recommendations presented to company leadership at its conclusion.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate or graduating senior
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment
• Interest in operations leadership and career growth opportunities
• Willingness to learn across multiple departments and functions

Responsibilities
