As an employee-owned company, we are built on craftsmanship, safety, and a team-first culture. We are hiring a Post Frame Construction Laborer to join our crew based in the Tigerton, WI, area. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in working with their hands, enjoy being outdoors, and want to see the tangible results of their work. No prior post-frame experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • A reliable, motivated team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to working safely
  • Ability to perform physical labor: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, climbing, and working at heights
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willing and able to travel and stay overnight for multi-day projects, riding with the crew in the company truck
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to pass a post-offer screening (physical, audiogram, and non-THC drug screen)

Nice To Haves

  • Construction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the construction of post-frame buildings, including setting posts, framing, sheeting walls and roofs, and installing trim, doors, and windows
  • Follow all safety protocols at all times — wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), use fall-protection systems, and help keep every job site hazard-free
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment under the direction of the crew leader
  • Load, unload, and organize materials at the job site
  • Climb ladders and work at heights using proper fall-protection equipment
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and report any hazards or near-misses immediately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
  • Work as part of a team to meet project timelines and quality standards
