About The Position
Summertown Metals of Hopkinsville is looking for a self-motivated individual for our Post Frame Coordinator position. This person must possess a strong knowledge of construction. This is a full-time position that will be eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities
- Keep projects scheduled with appropriate contractor and working with contractors’ schedule to ensure the projects are getting done in an efficient time frame.
- Keep updated builder records to utilize for efficiency
- Assign projects in the team up app to the appropriate contractor
- Work with shipping dispatcher/manufacturing to ensure build date is feasible for material to be manufactured and here.
- Email initial premade letter to customer and confirm 2nd and 3rd follow up emails have been sent
- Keep updated excel list sorted alphabetical order of current contractors and contractors we can use occasionally. Including type for building they can do and contact info
- Keep sales team updated with estimated lead times for projects weekly
- Inform chief project coordinator of reoccurring issues or problematic jobs that may need to be addressed, or if lead times are getting to far out
- Ensure onboarding info is filled out for new builder and turned into accounting.
- Weekly reports of buildings completed
