About The Position

With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Post Event Lead Cleaner. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties as well as delegating tasks to your team to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from your assigned manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be comfortable leading and delegating in order to complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Reliable Transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors
• Trash removal

• Delegating tasks to your team to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner

Benefits

• Part-time
• Pay rate starting at $22.78/hour during 2 month training period. Will increase to $25.00/hour after training is completed and management is confident in your ability to do the job consistently and effectively.
• Hours: 10pm - 6am (varies by event)
