About The Position
Harmony United Psychiatric Care, part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC, is a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing in-person and virtual services in Florida via a secure telehealth platform. Services include psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, and neuropsychological testing. The clinics serve adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, with individualized, compassionate care. The Post Doctoral Clinical Psychologist provides outpatient psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist. The role may focus on psychotherapy and counseling, neuropsychological testing, or a combination of services. This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexibility to determine working hours and options for in-person and telemedicine work.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
- No license is required.

- Experience conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing.
- Work experience in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
- Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
- Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services, optionally.
- Choose to provide psychotherapy and counseling only, neuropsychological testing only, or a combination of both.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings, and therapeutic strategies.
- Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development.
- Work under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist.
