About The Position
The postdoctoral associate will be responsible for the preparation, characterization, and evaluation of new photosensitizers.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in chemistry or medicinal chemistry or a related field
- Ph.D. degree in chemistry or medicinal chemistry
- Experience in the synthesis and characterization of organic compounds
- Experience in the use of NMR spectroscopy
- Experience in the application of organic synthesis methodology to design synthetic routes
- Must be able to write scientific reports
- Must be able to prepare Power Point presentations and give oral presentations
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of, and/or experience with, cytotoxicity assays
