Post-Doc Advanced LC/MS R&D Chemist

Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong background in analytical instrumentation (e.g., LC/MS, GC/MS, HPLC, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with scientific publications or presentations is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated environments or quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in alignment with Agilent’s R&D objectives.
- Prepare samples, design and run LC/MS methods, as well as analyze LC/MS data.
- Develop and optimize methodologies, workflows, and instrumentation techniques.
- Interpret complex data sets and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product development, and applications.
- Contribute to scientific publications, technical reports, and internal documentation.
- Support innovation efforts by identifying new technologies, trends, and research opportunities.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
